Do not sell or share my personal information
This page is for California residents and others entitled to opt-out rights under similar U.S. state privacy laws. Aqurio may share Usage Data and Identifiers with third-party advertising networks, social networks, and data analytics providers, which may constitute a "sale" or "share" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA. We do not sell or share information about consumers known to be under 16.
1. California residents' rights
California residents have the following rights under CCPA/CPRA:
- Right to opt out — opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions, at no charge.
- Right to know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercise your CCPA rights.
2. Your right to opt out
If you are a California resident (or a resident of another state with equivalent rights, such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or any state with a comprehensive privacy law in force), you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. This right is recognized regardless of whether you have an account with us.
3. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a valid opt-out request and apply it automatically — no further action required on your part. To enable GPC, install a supporting browser or extension (most major privacy-focused browsers support it).
4. Opt-out form
Use the form below to opt out manually. We'll record your request and apply it to known identifiers (cookies on this device). For account-linked or contact-database opt-out, please include your email so we can match the request.
5. Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out or deletion request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
6. What happens after you opt out
- Cookies — non-essential analytics and marketing cookies are disabled on this device.
- Email — if you provided an email, we'll remove you from non-transactional marketing emails and add you to our suppression list.
- Service providers — we notify vendors operating under the share definition to stop processing your data for advertising purposes.
Opt-out does not stop strictly necessary processing required to deliver our service or comply with the law.
7. Non-discrimination
We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercise your CCPA rights.
8. Other privacy rights
For other rights — access, correction, portability, sensitive data limits, and the right to know — see our privacy policy or use our contact page.
